Since the publication of the notice, deliveries to all Amazon FBA centres have been suspended until 5 April 2020. The exception is for medical products, food, cleaning supplies, and other essential goods.
The system's ability to generate FBA shipments and delivery documents has been blocked. The restrictions apply to all EU markets (DE, UK, FR, IT, ES) and also affect warehouses in Poland and the Czech Republic.
Orders that are already en route will be accepted. Returns are being processed normally, but with delays.
Amazon Vendor
Suppliers cooperating with Amazon under the Vendor model have received a notice regarding order restrictions until 5 April 2020.

We are temporarily prioritising household staples, medical supplies and other high-demand products coming into our fulfilment centres.
For products outside of this group, shipment creation has been disabled.
This will be in effect through 5 April 2020. Shipments created before today will still be received.

Reduced Purchase Orders – suspension of orders for products other than essential supplies.
Extended delivery windows – extended delivery windows for existing orders, to give suppliers more time to fulfil.
Amazon emphasizes that the decision was made in response to the COVID-19 situation, in response to increased online purchases and shortages of key products.
Summary
The restrictions are in effect until 5 April 2020, and their aim is to prioritise the acceptance and distribution of the most essential goods.
