Go2Market in the Heart of Lower Silesia: Team Meetup Recap

Last Thursday, January 22, we put our day-to-day tasks on hold to meet up as a full team in Wrocław - looking back on what we’ve achieved and mapping out the months ahead.

We kicked things off with a focused, content-packed session at Hotel Europeum. Malwa (Marketing Director), Magda (Operations Director), and Tomek (CEO) walked us through a recap of last year and shared our goals for 2026. After a short coffee break, it was time to put our skills to the test. We took part in a simulation game built around Amazon crisis scenarios. Splitting into teams and working under time pressure to find solutions was a great lesson in collaboration - and a reminder that we can handle whatever comes our way.

After the workshop, we headed out for a guided walk around Ostrów Tumski and Wrocław’s Market Square. The stories were so engaging that even those of us who live in Wrocław discovered the city all over again. Next came an extra dose of excitement at Sky Games. In a more relaxed setting, with snacks and drinks, we competed in darts, billiards, and mini golf. We wrapped up the day with a shared dinner at a restaurant, celebrating the time together with plenty of laughter and great food.

This meetup helped us strengthen our connections and get to know the newer members of the team better. We came home full of great memories, and energized for what’s next. Even though distance separates us day to day, it’s always a treat to meet in person. We’re already looking forward to the next team get-together!
