New account quality indicator "Customer Product Reviews Policy Violations"

A new indicator has recently been added in the Seller Central account under the Performance section: "Customer Product Reviews Policy Violations".

This indicator monitors and informs about non-compliance of product reviews submitted by customers with Amazon's guidelines. In April 2018, millions of product reviews that came from sources not in compliance with Amazon's policy were removed. The new indicator is a continuation of the implemented policy regarding "Customer Experience", which emphasises the reliability of product information and ensuring customers have the best shopping experience through Amazon.

Amazon has a "Zero tolerance" policy regarding the solicitation and manipulation of product reviews. The new indicator is a reflection of this. Be cautious, monitor this indicator, as according to Amazon's rules, each indicator in the Product Policy Compliance section has a target of zero. Even one "complaint" can lead to sales restrictions or even a complete account suspension.
