Without a Tax Certificate, you will not be able to sell in Germany.

Amazon, following German legislation, requires sellers to obtain what is known as a "German Tax Certificate." To apply for the Tax Certificate, one must be a registered taxpayer in Germany and have a Steuernummer, which is not the same as the German VAT number / NIP.

The application should be submitted to the appropriate tax office in Germany relevant to the respective country. For Polish entrepreneurs, applications should be submitted to the following Finanzamt offices in Germany:

a) A surname or company name starting with the letters A - G should apply to the tax office Finanzamt in Hameln, Süntelstraße 2, 31785 Hameln, email: poststelle@fa-hm.niedersachsen.de

b) A surname or company name starting with the letters H - M should apply to the tax office Finanzamt in Oranienburg, Heinrich-Grüber Platz 3, 16515 Oranienburg, email: poststelle.fa-oranienburg@fa.brandenburg.de

c) A surname or company name starting with the letters N - Z should apply to the tax office Finanzamt in Cottbus, Vom-Stein-Straße 29, 03050 Cottbus  - email: poststelle.fa-cottbus@fa.brandenburg.de

d) All other entities not classified above and subject to registration under § 18 (4e) UStG should report to the office in Cottbus

Upon obtaining the Tax Certificate document, it must be attached in Amazon under the Settings - VAT information section
