Taking over the management of sales
NAKA24 GmbH is a German company engaged in the sale of products under foreign brands as well as its own brand.Before starting cooperation with Go2Market, the company sold on Amazon as a distributor of, among others:
screws and bolts,
gardening articles,
cables, wires, sockets, boxes, and electrical plugs,
lighting,
gas hoses,
bathroom and kitchen fixtures.
On Amazon, the company operates under the FBA and FBM models. In July 2021, we took over an active sales account. There were already product listings on the platform. During the period from December 2021 to October 2022, there was a 95% increase.
What was our task about? The client, selling as a distributor, wanted to expand production and introduce a product range on Amazon under their own brand. Additionally, it was important to maintain the upward sales trend of other products. The company turned to our agency for support to unlock the possibility of selling under several previously blocked foreign brands and to take over the management of the seller account.
The company's product database was large and diverse, therefore technical actions and optimization work on a large scale were planned.
The action strategy included several important steps:
Account audit to identify problems and plan optimal solutions.
Unblocking brands whose products the company wanted to sell.
Optimization of text content.
Support in the selection of own products that were introduced on Amazon.de.

Based on a comprehensive analysis of the account and sales, conclusions were drawn and communicated to the client. The most important task at the beginning of the cooperation was to unblock the brands under which NAKA24 GmbH wanted to sell. It was also proposed to optimise product descriptions and titles to better align them with Amazon's algorithm and customer expectations. For this purpose, the Copy Department prepared new texts based on keywords searched by customers on Amazon.de. This allowed for a good alignment of the textual content with the algorithm of this specific marketplace.

For the client in the initial phase of cooperation, the most important thing was the ability to introduce new products under previously blocked brands. As a result, the Compliance Department started intensive efforts to unblock them right from the start. Thanks to effective communication with the Amazon support team, we were able to quickly lift the blockade so that the client could expand their product range. This led to a significant increase in sales.
In order to increase conversions and improve the positioning of product pages in search results, we have optimised the titles and texts for the products offered. The new proposals were created based on data from specialised analytical tools. The keywords identified through these tools helped improve the Best Seller Rank and increase sales value.
