The client is one of the leading distributors of high-quality coffee and household appliances. In the company's assortment, you can find, among others:

  • whole bean and ground coffee from the most important coffee regions in the world,

  • coffee machines,

  • grinders,

  • brewers,

The company has gained experience in e-commerce by running, among others, its own online store and selling through Allegro. After receiving an invitation from Amazon to the Vendor program, the client approached the Go2Market agency to entrust it with managing the account in Amazon Vendor Central. We started selling in November 2021 by linking to already existing listings established by producers and other distributors. Our task was also to introduce a new coffee brand to the market.

According to the platform's policy, only the product owner can make edits to textual and graphic content. As a result, we were unable to make any changes on product pages created by manufacturers or other resellers. Despite these challenges, we managed to achieve significant growth in the initial phase of sales. In the first month of collaboration, we reached a result of over 30,000 euros, and a month later there was an increase of over 50%.

After adding all the products on Amazon, we conducted an audit of the quality of existing listings and made attempts to optimise them. We submitted our suggestions for improving the quality of the product pages, but they were not taken into account by the product owners. Despite these hurdles, we achieved a satisfactory increase in sales. The price increase at the beginning of 2022 had a negative impact on sales results, but by July, there was a significant improvement in the situation (+57%). In September, we recorded the highest level of sales since entering Amazon. The increase compared to January was 47%.

The next task was to introduce new products on Amazon. The listings of the brand chosen by the client could exceptionally be changed. In connection with this, we created advanced text and graphic materials for several types of coffee beans and ground coffee.


As part of a close collaboration with the owner of the new brand, we prepared meticulously crafted texts and graphics highlighting the flavour qualities, brewing methods, origin of the beans, as well as the history of the company. As a result, well-converting product listings were created, which our client benefits from. We also launched marketing campaigns that helped promote the products on the Amazon platform. It should be added that one of the new coffees ranked among the top 5 most ordered products from the company's offering in the first month of sales. Since September, a clear upward trend has been visible, influenced among other things by the expansion of the product range.

How did we manage to generate satisfactory results so quickly? It is thanks to the diligent analytical work involving, among other things,

  • competitor research,

  • carefully selected keywords,

  • attractive graphics,

  • engaging texts.

Thanks to the significant commitment of our specialists to this project during the period from August to November 2022, we achieved a growth rate of 130%.
