Cross-Border E-commerce 2026

26 May 2026

On 26 May 2026, we took part in the Cross-Border E-commerce 2026 conference in Warsaw. The event gathered individuals and companies who work daily on the development of international sales, marketplace management, logistics, compliance, customer experience, and scaling e-commerce outside of Poland.

The conference was a good opportunity to look at expansion as a concrete business decision. Because entering a new market only sounds simple at the very beginning. In practice, questions quickly arise about costs, margins, processes, documents, customer service, advertising, brand protection, and whether the company is ready to handle sales on a larger scale.

In discussions with participants, the topic of Amazon and how to prepare a brand for international sales so as not to lose control of the offer frequently came up. For us, this is a particularly key area. We see that effective sales on Amazon require a consistent strategy, well-prepared content, refined logistics, compliance with requirements, thought-out campaigns, and regular performance analysis.

That is exactly why such meetings hold great value for us. We learn about what is actually happening within companies: where bottlenecks appear, what is missing before entering new markets, and what decisions are worth making earlier, before expansion starts generating unnecessary costs.

We are delighted that so many people found the time to talk with us – at our stand, during the breaks, and after the presentations. Every question, every story, and every exchange of experiences showed us what in practice e-commerce faces today.

We would like to direct our thanks to the organisers - Promedia Jerzy Osika - for the smooth preparation of the event and for creating a space for inspiring conversations.
