Specialist
Customer Service with German
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining customer relationships and ongoing contact with them;
- Optimizing sales processes and funnels based on customer activities on the Amazon platform;
- Analyzing sales data and providing advice.
Requirements:
- Customer-oriented mindset;
- Communication skills, ease of building relationships, and openness;
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges;
- Proficiency in working with data in MS Excel and using systems;
- Knowledge of German – proficiency in English, French, Spanish, or Italian would be an additional advantage.
